Ghee -3 tbsp
Milk -1 cup
Milk powder -1 cup
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Pan Modak:
Ghee -3 tbsp
Milk -1 cup
Milk powder -1 cup
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Gulkand for stuffing
Green colour - 2 pinch
Besan Modak:
Ghee -1/4 cup
Besan - 1 cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar or Bura - 1/2 cup
Oreo Modak:
Oreo cookies -1 large packet
Milk -1/5 cup
