Sounds like my routine. Magnesium Glycinate (200 mg with breakfast) vitamin D3 10,000 IU (with breakfast and Magnesium) a multivitamin about 2 hrs later. Afternoon chamomile with thyme tea is my favorite and another chamomile at night before bed. Excercise and not engaging with negative thoughts have helped me tremendously.

I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine after 5 years of dizziness and a balance problem. Doctor said I did not have vertigo and sent me to do rehab which made absolutely no difference. Here I am 2 1/2 years later and have discovered my symptoms are similar to Vit B12 deficience and magnesium!!! Going to doctor on Wednesday to have her order glucose tolerance since I have serious shaky feelings on occasion which last weekend started when my little dog woke me up crying. He does have a heart murmer but after xrays, a heartworm test thankfully he's ok...vet put him on a med for his heart but I've been a shaking mess every since, got sick enough at work Saturday and have been out all week, very shaky.... so this is some great info...hopefully getting Vit B12 injections might do the trick... taking magnesium too... and now that Fauci has been caught, maybe everyone can calm down and get the antedote for those horrific shots.

Hello Dr.Sinclair, Your knowledge is very impressive and extremely helpful! 20 years bipolar with clinical depression…I feel my mood has improved due to your recommendations! First time in 20 years seeing results… When you start any of these vitamins do you have to gradually start them or slowly wein off them or can I just stop anytime?

I've been taking all these vitamins for years and then developed colitis the result of which is depression and anxiety... Sounds like I do need to increase my vitamin C. I also take K2 along with my D3 which is important to direct calcium to the bones and teeth rather than build up as plaque in the arteries and stones as in kidneys etc. I've had coronary artery disease since I was 34 and never had a heart attack. I'm 73 now! I also cut out all high carbohydrates and eat plenty of healthy fats.... coconut oil, olive oil. (paleo diet) STAY AWAY FROM all the crappy oils that have been recommended for years such as canola and safflower. Thanks Dr Sinclair.....

As a person who follows a Vegan lifestyle, I can never get enough B12. Interestingly enough I have had major depressive disorder for yrs. Years ago I remember going to tanning beds and I felt like if I missed a day I’d get depressed. Like I was addicted to it.

I’ve learned through experience that you can take to much methyl folate. The rda is only .5 micrograms. I have mthfr, I was on a dose of 10 mg. I was having vertigo, high anxiety and other neurological problems. It went on long enough that I developed another problem that is missing from your list. VITAMIN B-1 Or THIAMINE. Another vitamin that is a low rda dose at 1 mg but if you run your natural stores out can be problematic. Your entire ability to calm down from anything runs on b-1. There is alot of info to find, to quickly understand look up Dr Berg, if you need way more detail on how all this works there is hours of detail about B-1 on EOnutrition both here on you.

Hi Dennise. I prefer that people get tested to see what vitamin their body needs. There's lots of different nutrients that the body can be deficient in that can cause low mood and anxiety. Have you had your vitamin B12, folate or vitamin D tested? I'll be covering what tests to do, how to interpret them results and therapeutic doses in an ecourse that I'll be releasing very shortly. Register your interest at www.drjanellesinclair.com/ecourse if you're interested.
