Shona’s bang on… We have no choice but to keep PC through the end of the season. If he can’t turn it around by then… he’s out. They clearly need a few ‘tougher’ players in key spots… if he can’t identify that and adjust, then so be it. The players are out there, they don’t have to be bought, but at minimum the right type of player has to be bought in.

Clement is here for the season I think. As sad as it is to say, I'm resigned to finishing 2nd. Likely with 3rd place being much closer than it should ever be. The best I think we can hope for is offloading a couple of the prospects in the summer and using the money to try move forward a bit more. It feels like it's going to be a couple of season at least before trophies are heading our way again.

It's utter ludicrousy saying let's stick with PC because we dont know who can come in. And this rince n repeat talk, sorry Shona, but could not disagree more. No one is asking for rince and repeat. We are asking for rince, and bring in the right man for the job. Who that may or may not be should have no bearing on the fact PC isn't the right man for the job. All we continue to do with PC at the helm is fall further behind and leave the fans more disconnected from the club they have known more and more by the day. We need to stop this can't keep sacking managers mentality because its not "the Rangers Way". The Rangers way is to have a good manager in place first and foremost! Can't believe Hagi seems to be one of the main names youve taken aim at this evening as well, guys got more heart than 90% of this team. 🤨

Managers make the difference. We need to stop attacking the players when it's clear as day they are being coached all over the place if plan A doesn't go to plan. The manager has proven consistently he doesn't get what it takes to win consistently in the Spfl. He may be a good manager, but he is not for this league if he can't adapt his European style to the hustle and bustle of our league. He needs to go, now!
