Best piece of advice? Work it out on your 6x8 or whatever your small size is. Next, test your color combinations in your workbook. Thanks. And love your results

Amazing print….. astonished how long you take to place items and can still get a print so quickly……

Hi! Thanks! It’s partly because of the misting. Nothing is happening quickly. It takes about an hour to make these prints. I cut out the cleaning the plate time, speed up the running time etc in the video to keep them under 10 minutes. There is a long version available of the botanical where you can see the process in real time.

@ I’ll have to try misting the paint. I do have some golden open paints coming and I know the dry time on those is longer so allows for more work time.

Cool! Looks like the frame opening is just a tad bit smaller than the gelli plate to me. How much smaller is the opening? Just curious as to what works best
@carolynhassardart2 күн бұрын
It’s 1/4” ( one quarter inch) smaller than the plate on each side.

Some fabulous ideas! Did you suddenly have a major rain storm while you were taping?

Hi! Thankyou. No… I’ll see what I can do about that. It’s the heater vent beneath the desk. Thankyou for bringing that to my attention.

Wow! Your videos are very helpful. May I ask what paper/material you use for your masks?
@carolynhassardart3 сағат бұрын
Hi! Thanks so much. Sometimes I use manilla office folders. Often I use old painting on paper I don't want anymore, or gelli prints I didn't like.

Quite impressed with the final results. Did you purchase that size gelli plate or did you make it.
