Long time listener, first time word nazi here... from the UK. Gurn (verb) is indeed a jaw based movement.. typically related to the ingestation of chemical type substances. Back the yore days a pill might be referred to as a 'gurner'. If we were to assume that the appreciation of these hefty riff sandwiches could induce a state of neuro chemistry of drugicula proportions then we can easily conclude that.... 'Third degree gurns' is a superb little comment. UK approval given.
