Hey Nick, looking nice. You didn't ask but here's a little FYI. I did some rust mitigation and paint in my wheel wells. If you're thinking about it, stick to flat. Gloss paint looked ridiculous !

From my time in the 7.3 community i that 4" is usually good for 35's and 6" for 37's with now rubbing on either. You might be able to get away with 37s since dually tires aren't as fat.

I’d say 4 inches should be plenty for 37s depending on the offset you go with maybe a slight rub at full lock

My setup on both an F250 and F350 has been 3" with 35x12.50x22. I had a little rub at full lock, hitting a bump, but otherwise mine fit fine.

I don't remember if you have done this on your truck yet. I know you are having different measurements at different times when you are working with your suspension. Have you changed your body mounts out? You would not believe how destroyed they can get after 20 years. Also I know you don't need to worry about this since you are on the West Coast. If you happen to live on the east coast after cutting your u-bolts the bolt off each you clamp. This will clean up your threads on your bolts. If you ever have to take it apart the rust can really make it difficult. You can do it on the West Coast I know you do have sea water on some of the roads by the ocean and there are people who live in the mountains there that are dealing with road salt. I bought a set of used 37's for $400 to see if they would fit my 2500 with a 6" lift. The kit recommended 35's but the 37's fit no problem with no rubbing.

I have my truck lifted 4" and the max I could fit was 35x12.5r22 and it is a 2000 Ford F-350 2wd, is the 4x4 are a little bit taller but I wouldn't risk it with 37s, rn my truck sits 53" from the ground to the bottom of the mirror so you are 2" higher than me

35s or 37s, depends on your gear ratio. Don’t want to take your motor out of its power range. Unless you’re planning a gear swap. Nice looking truck sir!

Depends on your final drive in your transmission. If it’s 1 to 1 or an overdrive. Either way you need to know you axle ratios. Should be a tag on them or if you’re sure they are oem your vin can tell you.
