I did all these stretches again today.... the pain is less, but its sore and im still not walking properly.... its like im holding it stiff to protect it... so i'll carry on doing these stretches

I found Coby's helpful back videos and trusted her advice...signed up for back boot camp and highly recommend. Previous back spasms had me immobile and living in fear ..not this time! Thanks ever so much for your helpful and informative channel Coby!!

Nice video! Thank you for sharing. It helps a lot of people suffering from low back spasms like me, this also has something to do with buldge and you have mentioned it for caution. A lot of people are not aware of this. Some or plenty of doctors don't mention some specifics, like my rehab doctor who's paid. And got this info for free!

The best physiotherapy videos I've found on KZbin deleted all the others and subscribed straight away.ive been doing them two weeks today every morning and the pain is intense but I'm feeling the benefits today sticking with your exercises.thank you so much

Still using your videos and I've seeked a specialist now and I'm hopeful that surgery is my only option now.im keeping up with the video and searched so many online videos but personally I find your approach and easy to do exercises the best.thank you again

Hello there, my back went into spasm yesterday and today. It's a recurring issue and indeed physiotherapists have said it's due to poor core muscle strength. I have some stretches given to me last year and am now considering your course. Is it something you recommend to people to have a recurring back spasm and to people who have just had a spasm like me? Or is there a period I should indeed rest before beginning? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello , That was an excellent session but i have a question ma'am,. Can you please tell me whether we can do these exercises during Back Spasm as well.

Hi, it depends how bad your back spasm is. If it's very bad you probably couldn't get into these positions. But once the acute phase has passed, these will help a lot. Please don't do these exercises if you have a spasm as a result of a disc bulge though. Warmest wishes, Coby

hi....would these stretches be good to do after a back spasm? I am currently trying to recover from a back spasm.

Hi Brendha, Yes these are absolutely perfect for recovering from a back spasm. They will stretch out and release the spasming muscles. When your back spasm is gone, you need to strengthen and re-balance your back muscles so that it doesn't happen again. Hello Coby, I have been through this back pain since 5 years I have a disc bulge and the pain is on and off. I just have a query, is it important to do the exercises on the floor? Or can be done on the bed? It's been few months I have not been sitting on the floor after my ayurvedic treatment.
