All these years of pause buffer cheating has finally paid off bigly. Simpleflips can determine the exact location of Mario in the pause camera, even while guiding another player. What a great entertainer he is.

Nah, he will, once your body needs it badly enough it starts entering the REM cycle earlier. Normally you'd never push yourself that far, but subathon is subathon

So they had to add the course themes and enter stage sound effect in editing since we couldn't hear the game audio when simple wasn't playing. I almost didn't notice. That's a lot of work!

Please note I have not seen this event so this is speculation. I had to edit this comment a lot because I could not find the right words for the life of me lol

This was one of the things I was there for during simple's event. I loved this event the most I think and was the most excited for this to become a video. My favorite thing about this is how careful Cheese is compared to how reckless Simple is. Very Yin and Yang where Simple has the biggest hubris and Cheese encompasses everything that is The Turtle and Hare. (Slow and steady)
