Coach! I dig it! That's what I also believe whole heartedly if you want it to happen make it happen. I used to work 12 hrs a day 6 days a week but still made time to workout no excuses when you want something better for yourself. I was 150lbs when i first started working out. Over the years went up to 210lbs lifting heavy as i could (natural) found out being that heavy wasn't for me started eating and training differently now I'm maintaining between 185-190lbs doing anywhere from 10-25 miles a week doing bag work jump rope and lifting decent weight. I'm 39 just want to stay focused as these later years come. Appreciate your insight and teachings!..... Salute 🙏🏽🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Them rucks a make a man outcha. I used to love rucking when I served. Tore both my shoulders because of it tho. You part of the reason I look at people your age kinda funny when they complain. No excuses!
