thank you so much!! i needed this!! i compete my first solo this weekend and i’m really nervous but i know i’ll do well, so i’ve just been trying to shift my mindset to that and this is the perfect video!!❤️💕 i need to let go of my toxic mindsets, because i have been struggling with those a lot lately! also i love that poem at the end sm:)

Hey Ava, I've just started watching your dance videos and find dance such a wonderful way to keep fit. Your choreographies are beautiful but I have an unrelated question to ask if you don't mind.. is your hair naturally like this or did you do something to it? I would love to style my hair this way one day 😆happy dancing 🙂

❤ You're a gem. I'm only a minute into your second video, but you're very sweet and encouraging. I'm a "closested" dancer since childhood, and at age 40 I'm trying to get into the right mindset to believe in my abilities and find the courage to really push myself. This is a great video for someone like me. When you talk about your own style of dancing, I definitely have that 😆. I have a lot of physical issues that sometimes limit my endurance and mobility, and I was "blessed" with the permanent jitters, so my body is disproportionate and sometimes does whatever it wants, and it can discourage me. I'm an old dog out here trying to learn new tricks, and I appreciate you sharing all the good and bad. Keep dancing! ❤
