As someone who broke up with my ex due to unwillingness to develop and change certain behaviours, I agree with how detrimental it can be if someone only speaks of the changes but simultaneously does not show the changes

Hello Coaches Adrian and Danny, Our breakup was unexpected and unwanted because a female narcissist was involved and turned our relationship upside down suddenly by manipulating my emotions deliberately and intentionally separating us. We’ve been having No Contact for the last three months. We’re sincere and very into each other without a conflict. We’re in long distance relationship but had great times in my hometown. I am started to doing no contact (5 days finished) but my girlfriend past week spends more more time with her male best friend so I think she didn't have the time to think about me because of spending more time with her male best friend.... I am so scared🥺.... Last 3 months she didn't have interest I am being so needy all over the relationship and I am begged and speak through the past few months but it goes like somewhat unhealthy relationship and she started to become close with the boy when she lose interest in me so that boy filled the absence of me.... Now they started to talk like hours and hours.... Am I still have chances?

Ex always wanted to know how one be sure the relationship will work when it had not in the past. He contacted me twice and both times, it ended in break up. We have had many break-ups before this serious one which happened since Sep. I think I have made many mistakes when he reached out. The recent episode is making me doubt if I could ever attract him back. :'(
