I agree! Don't get me wrong a lot of the people I follow do amazing, complicated eyeshadow looks but you don't need 6 colors on one's lids all the time lol

@@BeautyBeatdown oh sorry I meant to also talk about minimal space below the eyebrows, which is my case as my eyebrows are not thin and quite low. So I believe that the people with hooded eyes that can use multiple eyeshadows only can do that if they have enough space between the lid and the eyebrows. Also your eye looks are really pretty 😊

I tried so hard to do these complicated looks and it never looked good on me. When I stopped trying and just worked with one or 2 colors. It looked so much nicer and modern. Less is more sometimes.

I always love your eye looks, but since you don't use the "beauty youtuber" style, which is how I learned to do makeup, I feel like I can't achieve the stunning looks you create. So please, please, please do more tutorials. It might seem easy to you but it feels so out of my depth.

Orange and teal is a gorgeous combination. I saw a post on Reddit a couple of years ago, and she did orange shadows, and a dark teal liner. Omg it was fabulous. And Lauren’s version is inspiring me to do it! It looks amazing! 💖 ETA- and yes! More looks with palettes we forgot about!

I have the Skuid mini palette and this foiled blue and the orange shades are in there. It is all you need for a impactful and minimalistic look at the same time. Btw, that palette is all you need for summer

And the wonderful thing is that you don’t have too 😊 I’m 54 and there’s no way I’d do an all shimmer up to my eyebrow look. Don’t get me wrong I still use all the sparkly stuff I can on my eyelid, but like you I need a darker matte to add depth.

The first look is sooooooooo cute! When my Norn's arrived, I couldn't stop using them for my work outfits and ended up putting them away for a bit to give others a try. Charming was a pretty color, but I wasn't too impressed until you used it as a sheer sorta vibe. Now, I sorta want to see how it looks on me sheer. As for the second look, to be not too specific, it's a sunset on the ocean sorta feel. For a more specific idea, it reminds me of the colors in the scene from The Little Mermaid where Ariel is on the docks and the animals are like "Yo, it's Ursula." and she's like "Not today, bitch" and then swims to the boat.

I don’t always use the exact palette that the artist is using. I just watch the technique and get inspired from the look. I watch Hung Vanngo all the time. He did a purple look on a model. I didn’t use the eyeshadow palette that he used. I used some Viseart palettes that I had in my collection. I enjoy watching your channel, so feature what you like on your own time line. I like older palettes. I welcome them. I hope more channels feature them.

i have such a love hate relationship with this palette... i love the colourstory, but after a while a few of the shimmers turned hard and they are hard to pick up both with brush and fingers. but i still reach for it alot because i always love the looks i create with it💖

My shimmers are way less opaque than yours. Maybe the mistake was using them with glitter primer and dipping the not completely dry brush in the pan after applying the primer? Is there a way to revive these?
