Love you speaking on mental health. My dr recommend by spar for my anxiety after baby #2. Worked wonders. Only took for a few months and love when manas talk and normalize it

Packing/moving is never fun even in the best scenario. Throw in three kids while trying to maintain "normalcy" for them is exhausting!! As usual, you are doing a fabulous job!! I know you're feeling the struggle, but you still made me chuckle. You will chuckle too in a few weeks/months. Just remember to take EVERYTHING ONE STEP AT A TIME AND BREATH.

Trying to get Tripp in the car was SOOO relatable i cannot get my 2 year old out the door and into the car daily. Its killing me at 25 weeks pregnant. Also needed to hear someone be so real about PPA/anti despressant medication, I've been having a rough time in this Canadian January weather 😢

Sarah, you may not feel it but, you are a Rockstar! Packing up a house even without the responsibility of little ones is overwhelming! Please try not to beat yourself up over the state of your house although, I completely understand - I would be going insane inside too 🙃 I really hope your family and friends will rally and help you guys get packed up! You've made great strides by recognizing what you need to do for yourself to maintain your mental/emotional and physical well-being. You have so much on your plate - just having given birth 4 mos ago and all that brings with it is a lot in itself. Remember, you are one person and although you do so much, you have your limits. I hope you feel comfortable reaching out to your friends and family - I bet they would help in a heartbeat if they are able!

I've got a 15 year old who needs all kinds of help with stuff like I need to help get him ready for a permit & driving practicing & a job bc he's homeschooled, I've got 2 girls ages 6 & 8 that I homeschool, AND I have a baby coming in like 2 weeks AND we just moved into our new place.... hugs mama 🫡

Oh mama I feel your pain😭 Days will be brighter and “easier” soon. Life such a roller coaster specially being a mom. Every day is a rollercoaster with everyones attitude, needs, emotions 😮‍💨

7 week postpartum. Feel like I was doing great the first 5 weeks. But week 6 hit me like a brick! Felt super anxious and had some panic attacks. Definitely going to talk to my midwife about anxiety meds at my next appointment. Thanks for sharing!
