In the last question why isnt aromaticity prioritized over the the other molecules? If a molecule gains aromatic nature on losing an H+ ion shoudnt it be more stable than others?

The question was not about the stability of compound after removing hydrogen, rather in terms of acidity: back-bonding is most favoured and hence the (c) option was most acidic, then resonance on oxygen. If u want to think around aromaticity, the negative is delocalised at carbons which in any case less effective than sulphur and oxygen.
