Lemon Blueberry Danishes
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1/2 cup Blueberry Pie Filling
4 oz. softened Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla exract
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 cup sliced toasted Almonds
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut thawed puff pastry into 6 rectangles. In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp lemon extract. Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture onto each rectangle. Top rectangles with 1 tbsp pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix together powdered sugar, milk, and additional extracts. Let danishes cool completely. Drizzle with icing and top with almonds.

All of these look delicious! I'v made the danishes and I'm going to try the others too. If you want to try something so good, make almond danish using almond paste (no cream cheese). It's in the baking section or you can make your own. It's so easy and cheaper! They are heavenly! I've also made the braids using the whole sheet and braiding the sides over the filling in the middle, so pretty. TFS ❤

Love this thank you! We don’t use rotelle tomatoes like that anymore. We bought accidentally diced tomatoes with green chills and it was SO good. We now use it even for the velveta “rotell” dip etc. I do not like chunks at all so I have even blended the tomato chili mix and it’s amazing. Again thank you for sharing so many delicious recipes

I can’t decide which to pick first! I am in an arm sling for 6 weeks and I have a hard time doing things with my left hand! I wish I had learned to use it more! I have bilateral thoracic outlay syndrome! And when fell and the door frame it has it flaring and I dislocated my shoulder but no surgery! Yay!
