I just finished the chicken salad I made on Monday. I like grapes and pecans in mine, too, but was out of grapes so I used Craisins. I love crescent roll rings but haven't made any in a while. I may make one and share with my neighbors. Those chimichangas, though! WOW! I have some chicken that I canned, and it is perfect for a batch of them. Y'all make a good team!

Canned chicken is always a staple in my pantry. I use canned chicken for making almost anything that uses chunky or shredded chicken. It is my go to for when I don’t feel like cooking or don’t have time to cook chicken for recipes. Chicken salad is my absolute favorite thing to make with canned chicken.

Another way of doing a croissant ring that I’ve done is a chicken bacon ranch. You mix ranch dressing with the chicken, make the ring, pit the chicken on then bacon on top of that and fold the croissant over top. Oh and I love your hubby was so involved in this video!❤

🐓 🫘 When I’m feeling super lazy, I mix a can of chicken with a can of healthy refried beans. I season it with vinegar, hot chili powder, garlic, olive oil or whatever sounds good. I microwave it and then eat it with it with or without adding some cheese. Yummy and super fast and easy.

Your chimichangas looked AMAZING! If you ever want a liter version, you can spray them with cooking spray and then air-fry. It won't be perfectly crispy like yours...but it's pretty darn good.
