❓QUESTION OF THE DAY: What grade in school was your least favorite and why? ❓

I have 2 least favorite grades. 9th grade moved from germany to colorado, went from 300 students school to over 2000. And then my 12th grade, because I lost one of my best friends at the beginning of the year. And by the way I enjoy coming back to get the instructions, you guys are just encouraging to watch. LOL

For the texting game you could give them each a Bible ‘same version’ then give a verse they have to find and then text it to you. Make it harder by using some of the genealogy verses or verses from numbers. As many players as you have phones and Bibles. 7:49

@@MinistryCoach it went well. Hooked our Mac up to the screen and had all the texts coming to that. Only thing to watch out for (even though every player used the exact same bible) is the small numbers and/or Asterisks that some Bibles add. Let them know ahead of you want those or not.

Kindergarten. It got in the way of going to a job site with my dad and handing him nails. In my mind at the time I already had a great job..

Least favorite grade was 5th grade. Don't even need to think about it. The teacher had a classification system based on behavior and I always was hanging in the lowest 2 brackets... which meant I couldn't eat lunch with friends or go outside for recess... which is kind of a crazy punishment for 5th grade boys!

Least favorite was my junior year. Stressful year with SATs, looking for colleges. I ended up switching schools for my senior year and was so happy I did!

My least favorite grade was 6th, just entering into middle school and not only that it was my first year away from my friends and at a new school…I got into a lot of trouble and issues that year, so much my parents switched me back to my previous school to finish 7th and 8th grade.

Least favorite year was freshman year, I had my appendix out and didn't start with my friends, the school was massive and then I ended up transferring to a small private school where I knew no one.... rough year

Least favorite was 3rd grade (2nd school that year in the 2nd half). I went to 10 different schools from K-8 and then to my 11th school for highschool, so making friends (and keeping them) was tough! The 2nd school I went to in 3rd grade, I literally feel like I didn't make any friends the few months I was there and never fit in at all. I don't even remember the teacher's name (yes, I remember all of my others teachers!). I didn't like the school and was thankful to hear I was transferring to another school for 4th grade.

I hated my senior year because I was over it. I never wanted to go back to school after that, but ironically enough I now have a master's degree so the joke's on me.

Haha well, when you got your master's degree it was probably a subject that was of interest to you...not just the random classes we all had to take in HS that don't really pertain to everyday life.

My least favorite grade was 8th! I got super sick with Lyme Disease and missed so much and had so much makeup work. I had to take all of my year-end tests late, all at once, and was super stressed!

Least favourite grade: 8. Was making bad choices, failing classes, got pulled out of the only class I enjoyed and put into "catch-up class" and to top it all off, was getting bullied by a girl - I couldn't hit her back so I tried to avoid her or just took it and got laughed at a lot for being scared of a girl. Man, middle school sucked... especially when you're an idiot; and seriously, what 13-yr-old boy isn't an idiot?!

Definitely sounds like a rough year...kind of gives us all some perspective with our students about the struggles they may be dealing with that we don't even know about

My least favorite grade was my freshman year. My family moved states summer after my 8th grade year. So brand new city, brand new school (that was huge!!) and I didn't know a single person. It was intimidating and I didn't really start making friends till basketball season started and I made the jv team.

Probably Senior year for sure! Mainly because most of my friends were older than me so I didn’t know what to do with my life😂

@@MinistryCoach pretty much! All my friends graduated the year before and I had such an open schedule the last semester that I would just leave at noon and hang out with them!

My least favorite grade was 7th grade. We moved to a new place so I had to leave all my friends. I never really made any new friends that year. 8th is a close second because we ended up moving back and then it was hard to fit back in because a lot of my friends I had before had formed new friendships.

🥁Hey ohhhh!!! 😂 Now that you mention it, what happened to "E"? Our letter grades go A, B, C, D and then jump to F. Why no E? Was it to emphasize how bad getting an "F" in a subject was?🤔 You're so bad that you don't even deserve an E...you get F. Maybe it was because "E" was always associated with "Excellent" in citizenship grades and they didn't want to make you feel like you did anything good. F was for fail and there was no questioning it.

Not gonna lie I was happy about running youth but the church I go to is just all rules. Thing is I know all the youth’s parents but leaders of the church expect a lot. I’ve expressed a lot of interest in youth but the leaders want a advisor to mentor me. I feel like I’m already good with that. Now I’m just not interested anymore… how can I do this? I sorta just lost interest
