In the last 6 games or so, the Eagles *finally* realized that AJ Brown was used best as a long receiver. *This* season they went with "do what your coordinators tell you to" instead of with what works. It takes a very lazy-minded HC to allow that s***, especially while he *watched it* fail all season long.

As an Eagles fan, I think that the biggest issue we see is the arrogance coming from Sirianni. The sheer hubris, on the offensive side of the the ball, to not do anything differently over the last 7 weeks is damning. It’s been widely reported that Sirianni has a big hand in gameplanning for the week. This includes going through what plays are going to be in the playbook with Johnson. And, it’s also been reported that he’s nixed a play Johnson has called in game. You put that cocktail together, and you have the issue. He’s shown to be a horrible schemer, and as much as Cox, Kelce, and Lane try to echo their support, it's clear that the team quit on him. He should have been fired yesterday.

Very surprised you didn't have Mike McCarthy on this list; Every non- Cowboys fan is beating a dead horse about the Cowboys not being prepared last week. Anyways, I think Mattt Eberflus's seat is lukewarm. His specialty is defense and this team did much better after the acquisition of Montez Sweat. Their offensive woes will depend on who they hire for OC but will also tie to if they intend to move on from Justin Fields. The most concerning thing for me is his hiring of coaches and a couple of his coaches resigned due to some mal behavior
@UltimateMK22

I, as a Bears fan, am tired of the front office flip-flopping between coach and qb; I understand having the chance at a top qb prospect is great, but I hope that they just keep Justin for next year but if Flues can't get this team to a wild card game, and if Fields still doesn't have that big time leap in development then get rid of both of them, and start fresh next with an overall improved team with another good receiver and offensive line. (Those people who say just draft Williams, think about this for a moment; the Bears finish next season with 7 or God forbid lower wins, the front office could fired Fleus and we start the cycle over again our new OC could be fired and even there's a possibility that Williams will look just as inadequate as Fields in his rookie season.....as Bears fans or fans of football in general don't you think constantly removing coach and qb back and forth in a two to three years span is annoying? Not every quarterback is gonna have a rookie year like Prudy or Stroud)

As a Saints fan, Dennis Allen should just be a coach to tank with. He never had the locker room, which is why he got Derek Carr…so he can have someone that respects him. Just like with Sirianni, you can’t win if the players aren’t behind you…Kamara said it back in week 11 that he’s playin for the players and the players only, Cameron Jordon doesn’t trust DA, players calling out coaches for preparation. Is DA a victim of what’s trending? Yes. But his leadership skills are trash…we’ve been winning off talent, not one win was conducted by his coaching.

As a Head coach you need to gameplan better watch more film. Not hire a new DC in the season to help your defense. While your offense is also struggling. This all came down to the Head Coach.

Robert Saleh needs to become vocal about changing the Jets offensively, especially as you said, the OL. And he needs to not just settle on being Aaron Rodgers' lap dog when it comes to decisions on the offense. He has shown to be an incredible defensive mind and truly we saw that in the fact that this team wasn't the worst team in the League with the Quarterback play. And the price of firing Saleh might be watching that defense slowly slide.

@@jaysonraphaelmurdock8812 I think the issue with the Dolphins is they were 1-5 against teams making the playoffs, beating only Dallas. They got absolutely blown out by both the Bills ( in week4 when the team was “healthy) and the Ravens. Losing to the Titans( a losing team and losing at home), the Ravens and then Bills ( again at home) down the stretch cost them the division title and forced that game at Arrowhead. The presenter here posted a video on the Dolphins a few days ago that you should watch. The team doesn’t appear as good as its record showed and another year of not winning the division when only the Bills are a logical contender and especially if they don’t make the playoffs may result in the owner looking for an alternative.

Especially going 7-10 in 2023. I think Saleh has at least 2 more maybe 3 with the jets. The jets Hired him with the intention of creating a better defense out of saleh, and they’re getting just that. But Saints are out of moves on every single contract they have, they can't get back under. It's hard to explain if you don't know how the salary cap works but I'll try.... it's like if your credit card payments now exceed your total income from all sources and you can't borrow anymore money (push it into the future). Now if this were a person or business this is where they'd have to declare bankruptcy. But what does NFL salary cap "bankruptcy" look like? No one knows, it's never happened.

Saleh and GM Joe Douglas have done some really good things, but some of their fatal flaws are coming to light in my opinion. Putting a homogeneous team attitude over roster building while also creating an environment without any interpersonal turbulence to overcome has resulted in a team that either has the fire fully stoked or barely burning with no in-between. Beyond that, the OL problems and a general lack of offensive vision might be too deep for this regime to correct. Things could easily get even uglier within the next few years. Jets fans could be looking at another extended stretch of ineptitude if the Rodgers era doesn’t yield some fruit, even if it’s only the establishment of a foundation to build upon.

As a saints fan it is insane to me how Dennis Allen has a HC job still. DC, sure. But he is a horrible head coach. A terribly disappointing season ended with the players going against their coach and then the coach throwing them under the bus right after. Genuinely don’t get why he isn’t talked about more in mainstream nfl media. He sucks

I'm a Saints fan and I don't believe that Dennis Allen is the right head coach for our team. He will keep the team mired in mediocrity where we will just miss the playoffs but win enough to not have a high draft pick. I'm not sure why he has the backing of GM Mickey Loomis as the on-field results don't warrant such support. We are in salary cap hell with an aging roster. The QB we brought in to elevate the offense hasn't panned out. Until we upgrade the head coach (along with his staff) and the QB, we will continue to be the Same Old Saints.

Really like this channel, sad to see you pulling the Rodgers narrative. They were getting a barely able to throw for 200 yards or more than 1 TD in a game Rodgers. And love proved this season it wasn't the receiving core. Jets were most likely not making the playoffs with healthy Rodgers. Compare Wilson's numbers this year vs Rodgers in 2022. Not much different.
@cc352
@cc352 6 ай бұрын
Exactly. My prediction in the beginning of the season was 9-8 or at best 10-7 with a healthy AR but still may miss the playoffs. They won 7 games with Zach and Simien at QB which is probably most you can expect if you have your backup QB play the whole season. What, if we had Minshew we would go 11-6? Don't think so. I honestly think AR going down saved Saleh's job one more year. After seeing the offense this year, AR would not have been able to do much. Therefore, due to the injury, everyone gets a one year pass. Next year is when I think the whole AR experiment will crumble.

@@maskedman5657 Pederson is a Great Coach but his priority is handing off the play-calling duties so he can concentrate on golf I guess. (Dress for the job you want, not the one you have). McCarthy's issues are even _more_ typical. When you're stressed you seek comfort. McCarthy can't listen to Anyone Else or even think clearly enough to see what plays are best for what circumstances when stressed. Like Sean McDermott his mind freezes & can only think of _FAMILIAR_ plays. Yeah, Dak made many TO-worthy throws in that game. Why weren't his receivers getting open anymore? Even if you're gonna credit the Packers (& Joe Barry?) with good defensive play-calling, EVERY defense has weaknesses. All you do is change up what you're doing on offense. That's what McCarthy can't do when he's stressed. He can only think of _Familiar, PREDICTABLE_ plays & that's *all.* Literally he can do _nothing_ else.

The biggest failure a NFL franchise can have is firing a HC, it’s the most childish thing a franchise can do, most coaches are fired for no actual reason other than blame shifting and it’s the easiest way to make a change without putting much effort into actually making a change, the absolute last thing a struggling franchise should do is fire their HC Example- there’s absolutely no reason Denis Allen and Nick Sirianni should be on the hot seat at all
@jopochapo

Disagree entirely, biggest failure a franchise can have is terrible ownership ex: Dan Synder, David tepper, & so on. DA never should have been promoted to HC, look at Dan Campbell he was on the saints staff then gets an opportunity & has completely changed that lions culture it’s a match made in heaven. Saints owners don’t care about winning with either team they own.

@10thletter40 I don't want him fired. Just want him to get fired up cuz there's plenty of reasons why I think he deserves criticism right now. First of all, the play calling. My god, I'm gonna have an aneurysm if I have to see one more backwards pitch that gets tackled for a loss. Second, the bizarre choice to not use Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane in the second half of games while they were successful (Titans game is where this hurt the most). Third, the reason Bradley Chubb got injured was because it was McDaniel who decided to keep his team on the field with only 5 minutes left in the game down more than 3 scores thinking "we could come back like we did last year" (he actually said this). 4th, the communication issues. It has followed him ever since he got to Miami and they don't look like theyre going away.
