Hi Eazy! I have a speedrun suggestion that I think would be cool for you to bring up in the future. There is a 2 game franchise called Life and Death for MS-DOS. They are medical simulation games where you have to evaluate patients and prescribe the correct treatment for them, which can range from simple observation or medication administration to surgery. They are relatively short games, but should be played with great care if you want to finish them successfully. I'm suggesting it because I just saw a speedrun of this game and I think it would be really cool if you could play it one day too!
