I think you should start loaning out a lot of your youth players. Their never going to be good enough if they have never played a game of professional football and the Burgess loan has acted as a good example of how well loans work so you should do that.

Depends on the player, up until they're 18 the most important thing is having them train at the best facilities possible. Once they're 18 though, then yeah, they should be loaned out

I think not getting promotion would be a blessing in disguise this year, can build up the team a little more and really compete when you next go up Also loan some of your young players! Once they're above 18/19 they can massively improve and you can sell them for more

Hi Jack! I haven't played FM for a couple of years, but I remember I've always scouted the youth intake in the country I play in and sign some of them with great potential for a very low fee as I could approach to sign them since they still haven't sign the contracts with their clubs. I'm not sure if you can do it in FM24, but if you can, you should definately give it a go. Best regards from Bosnia. You are really tempting me to play FM again.

Jack. Is there a reason don't you keep your bench match fit? Most of the bench are all out of practice and on red sharpness. Might this lead to some end of season issues when you need to bring them into the team. I know it's a pain but a couple u21 games or friendlies just so you have them ready for play offs or otherwise.

i honestly think you should start phasing Andy white out of the team,, as influencial as he is. Realistically you're never gonna be able to afford his wages if you do decide to sign him,, they're not gonna recall him at this point of the season and it also gives Sheldon and Rashid time to develop and have a link as your long term striking partnership.
