@@ChristyCapitalManagement Can you do a video that explains the ' enhanced annuity ' for people who were on owcp, workman's comp?. I understand I am eligible because I was on owcp for a year and couldn't contribute to tsp, no matching from USPS and didn't put into social security. This enhanced annuity is a way to make up for some of that. My question is do I need to opt for the tsp annuity retirement to get the enhanced annuity?

Choosing a High Deductible Health Plan during open season may grant people access to a Health Savings Account (HSA). In the investments portion of some HSAs you can get access to the diversification that you don't get from the GFSCI Funds in TSP. The HSA is a never tax (provided you use properly) investment account. That's a sweet deal!

If you transfer money out to a traditional IRA and convert to a Roth won’t you need to have the tax payment “in hand” and not taken out of your amount that you are transferring? Thanks.

You can always pay taxes from other money if you want to. But if you are over the age of 59 1/2, you can Roth convert from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA and pay the taxes out of that money. If you do it prior to age 59 1/2, you will pay a penalty on the tax portion.
