On the topic of joint tenancy, you said the deed need not reflect the name of each person, but you typed the deed needs to reflect the name of each person. Which is it?

At abt 4 mins you say “deed need not reflect all names on the document” but the text on screen says “deed needs to reflect the name of each persons on the same document.” Can you please clarify.....

i am currently in the TX course- and in my textbook/course the 4 values are Desirable- i guess with would be like demand and we also have scarcity and utility but not transferability- instead it says ability to pay for it/purchasing power? Do you know if this is something that varies state to state?
