@@Kalcandesign79 the State of Delaware-I passed and became licensed on Feb 19, 2022. I took my Maryland exam (state only) failed by 5 points… I take it tomorrow 4/11/2022

Learned so much! The only thing I would do differently on video, is read question out loud with possible answers. It makes it easier for those of us listening, but not watching.:-) Thank you for the Excellent work you do!

Joe is a great teacher, he is polite, he cares & he is just a good speaker. The best I have seen to be honest, I have learned alot just from listing to his video tapes. Some teachers talk alot but I don't get anything out of it on top of some I have seen them take a student as a pet and treat them really nice and then abuse others, those should be fired. I am sure alot of students would agree with me regarding this.

In New York, constructive eviction is considered the same as an illegal eviction and the landlord gets a summons for each offense such as turning off electricity, heat, hot water etc.

actually net lease is different than triple net lease I was reading about net lease today, net lease has 2 more sublease net lease: tenant pays for insurance and maintenance net net lease: tenant pays for some of tax insurance and maintenance net net net lease : the tenant pays for all insurance maintenance and tax I don't know if that's a California thing
