Yes and no it was not fair for him to get fired. I don't think him being threaten was the reason. I think he lacked costumer service skills. Like the other person said he could have just showed the lady where to find the stuff, but it took that guy to come in and scare him to do it causing him to get robed. So its a double edge sword in this situation.

Just lie. If someone asks you things like that, just lie. This lady is mad smart. When I did jobs like this, I would answer vaguely and gesture in the opposite direction, give a fake name, and make sure to make eye contact. Dare them to call you on it (if you’re brave and can hold your own) and they usually just leave. Also, if someone tries to come at you, BARK. Just start yelling and get as big and angry as you can. Ask them why they want to know what they do. I had a guy try to grab me off a road and I survived by screaming, rushing the car he was in, and shouting buzzwords as hard as I could (pedophile, “why do you want to know how young I am”, that type of stuff). Make a scene. If you have to fight and you’re a woman, you have ONE SHOT. One chance to get a man by surprise. Me personally, I bite because it’s shocking and painful af, but a good one is to fold at the waist and use your head to bash that person’s face, chances are you’re shorter already. That’s my self defense TEDTalk as a woman who has been out alone A LOT against my will and for necessity.

Shame on his boss for not understanding the situation and what those 2 put this man through Story 2: Smart Story 3: This guy is a creep and a creepy stalker. He is way too old for this girl and so disrespectful. She did the right thing by reporting him. He should have been fired for what he did Story 4: Creeps like this guy and the old guy in Story 3, don't understand when a girl is not interested and leave us alone. They are way too creepy and we want nothing to do with them
