The point of working experience is fake if you don't have a high school diploma don't just waist I know 3 people with more than 8 years of experience but were denied visas.So my advice is to have your high school diploma before evening thinking of anything

What do you mean mistakenly you have a child? When you put you have a child, it means you filled the name of the child, gender, date of birth, place of birth and uploaded the photo of the child. That doesn’t look like a mistake, because no one forgets that he doesn’t have a child and add all those information

The mistake we are referring to is: When the second forms were filled in, the person took it for granted that the child was mentioned in the first set of forms. So he filled in the Ds260 thinking the child is in the picture. Only to find out that the child was omitted in the first set. Yes I do have a child but now we need to rectify the second set of forms to match the first set.

I need some clarity please help me out! My wife got her passport before l got married to her, meaning she's not using my last name in her passport. Can she play as a principle applicant and add me to her as her husband? The reason l am asking this question is that, she is currently using my last name because we are legally married but then her name in her passport is her family name not my last name. How can she apply including me as her husband? That's she already had her passport bearing her family name as her last name then on our marriage certificate she's bearing my last name, so will it be considered for her to use my last name or for her to use her passport name?
