i agree k investments karni chahiye hain but ab jo halat chal rahay hain apkay pas jo bhi hai usko laga kar hi ghar bana saktay hain warna ya to achi location nahin milti ya 5 sal ap laga kar aisi property k malik ban jatay hain jo kisi kam ki nahin hoti.

It is not the issue of materialism, The techniques you tell like Bonds, Stocks (all have interest bearing loans) are all Riba-based / Interest based and is Haram.

Stocks/shares are halal. Dividends are pure profits distributed to all owners of the company. Stake and Smart crowd is property investment they manage property they take their fee before distributing rents to fractional owners every month.

@@saadmohiuddin7662 Stocks are not halal if they take Interest-bearing loans. Many have bent the rule to allow the total Interest-bearing loan if it is not over 33% of the total Asset. If you check the balance sheet of the stocks they all have interest-bearing loans. So if you own those companies you are now a partner to Riba.

Bhaijaan compounding is haram or halal I’m not investing just because I think interest is haram in Islam interest lena n interest dena dono haram hai That’s what it’s stopping me to invest

Please educate yourself. Interest haram hai. Invest karna haram nahi hai. Pakistan say baahar niklain, taakay aqal aaye :)

@@kachrachi How about if you invest in the Companies who take interest-bearing loan? off course you are now a partner to the Riba / Interest. By the way you can find halal and haram without leaving Pakistan😀 need common sense and little research
