Tim, thank you very much for your videos and your work! And a special thank you for your attention to detail. This is very cool and important! For example, the reminder that the shoulders do not move helped me a lot today.

First of all, thank you for this great video. I have noticed so many "mistakes" I was doing so far. Could you please share your professional opinion with me concerning some points? 1) I used to do like 50-70 breaths in the loading phase, sometimes through nose sometimes through mouth, always raising up my shoulders in the end. Result: heavy tingling sensation and really felt that "high" 2) Now I changed to 35-45 breaths, only though nose and shoulders stay relaxed. I can still hold my breath equally long, but the great high or tingling sensation do not occur anymore. Am I doing something wrong? 3) up to wich amount of breaths in the loading phase is it normal? Can I do also 60breaths but with the correct method like I explained in 2)? Thank you very much already!

Hello Tim, thank you very much for the videos to practice. Why Is it posible to pass our while deep breathing ? You have an explanation for this ?

HI Tim, thanks for this video. Please what about squeezing when holding the recovery breath? A good idea or better done with DMT-breathing only?

Heyoo! I’ve been using this video for almost a year now. Even if it’s the only one I do from you I wanted shout out my appreciation for it, thank you!!!! I had some questions about the breath, whether to use nasal or mouth breathing? Which is better? I get different affect from both. So I’m curious if there’s any data on the two?
@Timvandervliet2 жыл бұрын
Nice 😄. Nose in mouth out during a session and nose in and out as a default for the whole day.

I noticed that that when you breath out before the breath hold, you let the air out -- approx 70%. You exhale fully 100%, on the one just before-not the breath hold. I have seen other wim hof instructors, let the air out fully on the last one before the breath hold? Is there a correct method to it, or just variations? I have been doing this for about 3 months, but never knew about letting the air out fully til recently. I would just "let go" approx 70% each time, just before the breath hold as well. Cause that is what it seemed from the videos. Thanks!
@Timvandervliet3 жыл бұрын
Variations. I do that because i am aware we breathe out 70% if our toxins. So it gives me a clean feeling.
@nthdegree12693 жыл бұрын
@@Timvandervliet Thank You! Just a quick follow up....on the final exhale before the hold, are we supposed to breathe out completely or 70%?
