This is the best fit home for me I’ve seen on any of your shows, Damn ! Wish I was ready to retire. The lot is excellent and it even goes out to some sort of pond. I have no problems sorting the grounds out, I love doing that type of stuff and I could customize the outdoor layout my way. Minor updates inside. Really nice one. 👍🏽

I would definitely buy this house had it not been located in Douglasville. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling and the kitchen. Get rid of the carpet in the basement, paint, power wash everything, clean up the yard and start living. It’s a great price too for that much space and a complete brick exterior with a full finished basement.

That would be the exact reason why I would relocate to Douglasville as I'm not interested in living near Atlanta. This city is only about 40 minutes away. Perfect for me 😊. Currently in California however will definitely look into Douglasville when I move to Georgia in the next couple of years. Also asking price is unbelievable 🎉

😭 OMG!! This beautiful home bring tears to my eyes. I absolutely love every inch of this home. The neighborhood look so peaceful loving the trees. The four sided brick home is a must home which is on my list of priority. The inside of the home left me speechless, every one was awesome especially the primary suite with the sitting area, massive bathroom and the walk in closet are all on my priority list. The basement is ready for a theater room I would remodel the kitchen because I like a larger island . The backyard... !! Where should I begin ? I absolutely love the slope of the backyard as I always wanted a home on a hill , not a massive hill, just a slope. So again this home is perfection in my eyes ( Yep, I'm wearing my glasses) The covered deck , check ✅️ off another box , as another most have on my list. When I saw what I believe is a pond behind the trees, well that's when I lost my composure. Would remove just enough trees for the pathway to the pond. Now for the asking price , UNBELIEVABLE!!! . I'm hoping 🙏 in the back of my mind that this beauty remains on the market until I arrive in Georgia 😅 If not , hopefully there will be another available 🙏 Gotta love ❤❤ Georgia beautiful homes with acreage and affordability. Jesus take the wheel.

Excellent video as always RRJ, I can't tell you enough how I always appreciate your videography when doing these home tours. That being said, that house is waaay over priced for the condition it's in. It's very outdated and needs a lot of work done to it and probably heating and cooling as well given it's 24yrs old and the HVAC looks like it. It's has potential but needs a lot of potential $$ to make it worth the asking price.

Looks like the Holly Springs s/d at the southern end of Chapel Hill Rd. Was our dream neighborhood for years. Some homes exceed $1m, and this one is ok but could use about $100k in cosmetic updates. It is tucked away for folks who want privacy. Price is about right for the neighborhood and current market.
