It’s scary to think, in my two marriages (I am still in the second) that, unbeknown to me, there was a third party who was remotely directing, controlling and influencing my marriage. These men were “advising” my wife while I was busting my butt for our home, our family, and our future. Such was their advice that my first wife ultimately ended up indigent and on the street, finally passing away from alcoholism and untreated diabetes, and my current wife was left with an unwanted pregnancy and an STI.

Dang consequences, but hopefully those consequences brought them closer to God. I have yet to see any consequences for the adulterers in my family and in my dating life.

I am so confused my husbands affair lasted heavy for 6 months. I found the texts. Very nasty and sexual. He had pet names for her etc. but he says they was no flirting etc before she just sent these nasty texts. He says there was no sex but texts say yes He says he had no feelings for her but it has to be something for it to last that long etc. still hurting and he will not give me any answers. Btw. I suspected he was cheating. He was so vicious and vile to me for no reason and he was manscaping. I just don’t get it.

Your pain is valid. But I assure you men don’t catch feelings for affair partners, we aren’t emotional like women. Women actually catch feelings , men it’s no different then going in the bathroom and masturbating to porn….which is why he came back home to you. We are just wired differently. Doesn’t justify an affair. My wife of 12 years had an affair with some 26 year old kid , she was catching feelings and everything. Of course I packed my shit and left. I went through all 4 stages. 52 years of marriage my husband had an affair. He broke it off and said he was sorry but I couldn't forgive him. Now we are divorce I can't go through that again. Am I wrong?

There is only one action for me, you cheat your gone I don't care what the excuse is I don't even want to know and your not coming back anywhere near me. Those are my standards and what ever someone else tries to tell me I will not listen. Anything you hide from your partner is cheating in this situation and a marriage ending as far as I am concerned. Also once a woman has taken another mans DNA I wouldn't ever allow her back in my life ever.

These are standards that men should be taught at a very early age. Most men who’ve dealt with this were groomed by their wife in some way shape or form. In order to deceive/betray them. Your attitude, though is exactly the one most should have and live by. Anything else is just a miserable existence

She bought a nice smelling hair lotion and brushes her hair extra hard to pull the eyes back to look younger because the co worker was a younger man she eventually lost that job now her new job their is no hair lotion no extra time on the hair and not so ready to go to work she also got defensive one night when I caught her about to text someone and I just happened to turn around and caught her but she didn’t get a chance to write anything

Did you leave the guy? Nothing good comes from an affair on all sides. The heartbreak a spouse feels when it’s exposed. Sleepless nights, weight loss, self esteem is shattered and the list goes on and on. My husband is having an affair and I have no clue who she’s is or if she knows about me. He is very tight lipped but I started to value myself and am seeking legal counsel. He is very much at fault so I don’t blame the other woman, unless she knows then that would be just as hurtful. I’m selling off everything and starting fresh once this is over. I prayed for him and this other woman and I wish him the best. Nothing is more important to me now than my walk with God and working on myself and making sure my son is ok.
