Yes, the two walls will be joined perpendicular to each other making a 90 degree angle. If you notice in the video, she has both walls placed at a 45 degree angle when she puts them together, but you can honestly place them at any angle and put them together. I feel like she is trying to be sound intelligent here by throwing in the 45 degree angle part. The way she has joined them will always be an ~90 degree angle. Her statement is confusing because it implies the walls will be 45 degrees from each other which they are not. The walls themselves are placed at 45 degrees.
