do all your 4 points apply equally for the landing page as well as the ad? For example, as an affiliate marketer , I have an image on the landing page with the a video play button. When the user clicks they are redirected to the sellers' VSL where they do in fact see a video. My ad was rejected as 'Spam' for having a 'misleading link', and the landing page graphic is the only thing I can think of. If they don't like your landing page do they say so explicitly or do you have to guess? The landing page graphic is from an affiliate template, so it seems like the standard way you are suppose to do it.

Yes, everything applies to landing pages as well. It is more rare that you get flagged for something on your landing page, but it can happen from time to time.
