I just got an aha moment, listening to this video. I have been praying all day today (Sunday) for enlightenment for my salon business. I will get a team to help me with the admin and marketing. Because I was doing it and working in the salon and working in someone else’s salon to supplement my income. I quit that part time job last week. What a waste of time when I could have been working on my own business.

Does anyone else think that, Ali's authentic reaction to learning things, makes this podcast, insanely good. Unlike other business podcasts where the podcast host tries to muscle in and show that they too also know everything. Ali has these amazing child like light bulb moments in the same way the audience watching the video would be having and it's so authentic which actually makes this sooo good. The only other person, major podcast I can think of where the host doesn't muscle in to show that they know something this is Steven Bartlett. Listening and learning is a hidden a art. Maybe it's just me who thinks this?

Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $121k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

I am 46 no retirement no savings because I made a lot of mistakes when I started investing, trying to correct that now. Already have a few thousand$ saved up to invest for long term. Just buy low sell high. Stick with a good company by either not selling when it’s going lower and/or buying more at that time. Almost always the good well managed companies will come back strong at some point. The other is to get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

Well, I recommend you make a diversification plan because it's been harder to build a good financial portfolio since COVID. My colleague suggested I hire an advisor. I did and I've actually made over $926K with my advisor's help during this market crash. She uses defensive strategies to protect my portfolio and make profits despite the ups and downs.

46 is very late to start. 2 options : invest with high risk but high reward, 10-25% usually in small business. but with a high 50% chance to lose everything or 2) invest safe with a solid index. it always outperform market. I think its 6-7 % returns. if you have 10,000 and invest 1000 per month for 20 years, you should have 495K % 6% return rate.

As a beginner, I took a more practical step to learn to invest, I began through the guidance of a financiał consułtant and within 2 years, I have owned 2 companies in the United states and car dealership all with the an ínvestment capital of $400,000 so it is best to invest with the help of an expert

I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Great video. I think what most rich people have in common is that they work hard and think hard, and they are ready to take some risks. I used to be very lazy but this year I started to take some initiative in my life and I started doing dropshipping. Now, after seven months I can say that it was the best decision of my life. What helped me the most was founding good products to sell (I am using a little bit of winnerzila as source of my products, and their lifetime deal is amazing imo, especially for beginners). Last month I had 13000$ profits, it was the best month for me so far.

It’s unfortunate most people don’t have such information, I don’t really blame people who panic cos lack of information can be a big hurdle. Finally, I spent about three weeks listening to this interview, it was impossible to do it while doing any other task since I had to take notes every 2 mins. Eveb when I was walking I had to do it with a notepad, excelent content, right on point, it was like reading a book without the unsufferable overexplaining and redundancy, great job Ali and Daniel

There is so much value in this video - I need to watch it again (and probably again). I have a business - we are at £10k - £100k a month (but much nearer to £20k) - I need to scale and have learnt so much from this. I did speak to a business coach and at the end actually said everything he told me was not a revelation, which he agreed with. It is all in me somewhere - but I get "stuck in my own head". It's not about the money - it's about the fun of creating a business.

It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $875k by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
