I cooked the chicken yesterday night for dinner as I had guests over. This was a real success. Indeed very good and suprinsingly; the chicken meat kept the flavor of the thyme and rosemary. Hi, this dinner recipe looks great! As I am in Palm Springs, and we don't want the oven competing with the air conditioning, I am going to try this on my gas grill. On the plus side, we have a fig tree that needs harvesting, so thanks for the fig part of the salad.

Hello, just wanted to say I love your dessert recipe it has become my new go to whenever we have people over for dinner. Just wanted to make sure I am making it right as i was a little confused by the topping recipe. In the video you show the flower in a 1/4 cup however the discretion says it should be 1/2. Is 1/2 correct. & how do you measure out 1/2 cup butter, would it be 115 g? Thank you.

What's a ballpark on how long the chicken should cook if I use boneless, skinless chicken breast instead of legs/thighs? I always seem to cook my chicken too long and have it end up super dry. Totally unrelated to anything, but your eyes look amazing in this video :)
