I recommend simply unplugging your bad actuator, waiting awhile ,and then plugging it back in again later. I did that with mine( it was clicking and disabled my heat function). After doing that,bingo bango, and it started working again. Who knows. Maybe it's like a computer, and resets somehow when this is done. Of course, mine was easy to get to. Yours may be in an unreachable position. However, simply unplugging it still has to be easier than taking it out. It's worth a try.
