Totally agree with the part about being thrust into a new environment and having to develop skills to talk to strangers and make new friends - there are pros & cons there and it may not be fun at the time but I think you'll find the skills you developed there to be valuable, especially after college.

Hey man, I just got accepted to cmu some how as a civil engineer and now I’m debating between cmu and georgie tech. I know cmu specializes in cs but is engineering just as strong and do you know if the job offers are just as good? I would appreciate some help because I’m lost rn
