4 Things To Add To Your Resume Before The New Year // With the holidays officially upon us, the end of the year is a great time to step back, to reflect on the last 12 months, and to come up with a game plan for what you want to do and where you want to go in the year to come.
And for many of you looking to break into CRE in 2021, now is the time to start dusting off your resume, incorporating the things you’ve done and the skills you’ve learned in 2020, and who you are as a real estate professional today heading into 2021.

Hey Justin - I want to break into CRE (I know... sorry but it is literally that!) I am about to sit my RE licence exam but I am not interested in residential as much as commercial sales. I have experience in the financial industry, and definitely sales but not in RE. Would you have advice on how to enter the industry with no previous experience, how to tailor your resume? This is important! Finally, any specific advice for females? In my market, I can count the women in senior positions at the largest CRE firms with one hand... I would really appreciate this, Justin.
