Yeah that works. Just video can be a great tool for review. That with your notes will really make a difference, I think.

When I was a kid I got to go to these Hapkido seminars, years before I started actually training Hapkido. It was really cool. Some of the stuff I do now, are things that I learned all those years ago (I'm 24 now, and I was like 11 during these seminars). I got to learn from all my instructors masters, including the grandmaster of our hapkido system (Chunkido Hapkido if anyone knows that).

So do you have any notes or pics from any of those? I know there are a lot of lost training or memories for me as when we moved here from Japan, a few boxes never made it here. So some training guides, pics, and even some certificates didn't make it here.

@@martialartsunlimited01 My instructors probably do, I was a kid so I wasn't even thinking about taking notes haha.
