As a member of 19 years, I have taken all of the roles and would agree with each pointy out highlight 100%!! The group I'm In, we have done away with the top table years ago. I have 1 ribbon on my badgesaying visitor host. I won't have any others. We have split most of the roles very successfully. The president does still use the slides, but they need to go.
