Good advice! Especially when one needs to be reminded to give themselves small breaks. Definitely something I'm guilty of forgetting to do sometimes!

I really liked your tips on decluttering your mind. I always have difficulty falling asleep because my mind is thinking about work or other projects I have going on. Thanks for sharing these strategies.

Great tips and very well delivered. For me, a way to de-clutter my life is to realize that not everything is as important in the grander scheme of things, which goes along with your tip on being self-aware. While you mentioned the need for physical exercise to an overall high performing life, I think some strenuous workouts can be very beneficial at unpacking some of the junk in your head, as well.
