Ini sebuah decoder BCD-to-Decimal, dengan simbol logic 4-3 input dan output 8×2 secara atau pada umum nya. Jadi setiap kombinasi BCD (biner), maka hanya salah satu jalan yg akan keluar signal 0-9 dan kombinasi biner lainnya, yaitu 1010- 1111 tidak berlaku dan akan keluar output sepotong atau dua potong yg tdk lengkap. Sbg tambahan saja, terminal input BCD dapat dihubungkan pada output terminal dari register atw pencacah dlsbnya.....?!

i have a question we know that on giving enable 0 output is zero no matter what are the values of x,y,z but according to this video when we set enable 0 we get our minterms from 0 to 7 ....how is this possible ....what is the functionality of of the decoder

When we give 0 to enable Then there is AND gate working .. We know that if any of the input become zero the output of AND gate will be zero Then if we enable 0 then the all outcomes will be zero of other decorder
