I used to work at Dunkin Donuts when I was in high school. One night someone climbed through the drive- thru window and robbed the store. The guy had a gun and a black mask on. One employee, he was like the janitor, he doesn't speak English. He was told to stand in a corner at the back of the store. The other employee he was told to go to the safe but that employee didn't have a key. He was begging to the robber that he can't open it because he didn't have a key. He was was saying please, I don't have a key, you have to believe me, holding his hands like he was praying. The robber did get cash from the cash registers. That why if we worked night shift, you always lock the drive thru window.

Sometimes the coffee is watery , and the donuts are a little old, especially if you order the plain one. I try not to order the plain donuts but if it's all they have left I'll get one , when this happens I'll wrap it in a napkin and microwave it for 20 seconds , this makes it a little better.

As a young female who works at Dunkin I have many stories of creepy old men but honestly the creepiest was one guy who was my age (18). He would come in everyday and always flirt with me, he asked me how old I was and I did the same, he asked me if I was single and I told him yes but I liked women. Everytime I saw him he would ask for a dollar so he could take the bus and get home, I did give him a dollar a few times but then it started to annoy me so I started telling him that I don't really carry cash on me until I get my tips after closing, the next week he'd wait for me outside everyday after closing so he could ask for a dollar, me and my coworker would leave through the back door that lead to a small back street and I had to go one street over before walking home or he'd see me

How did you go inside to order and not see them place the donuts in your box? The place must have been crowded or you have kids....or both.
