This reminds me. I recently moved into a new apartment, about a quarter mile away from my childhood home. My parents own the building, but I am still expected to do upkeep by myself. No ghosts or hauntings reported there in the 12 years or so my parents have owned it... although it used to be a bigger house for the extended relatives of one family. There might be some lingering memories there, like in Coraline with the sealed door leading magically to the Beldam's lair sometimes... I relish the thought.

I can think of lots of stuff id rather watch at 10 years old in the early 90s than pro wrestling. Even in preschool or kindergarten i thought it looked fake. My cousin thought they threw real hardcore punches, we argued once about it until i showed him a real punch, right in his face, i was 9 he was 10. Probably not the best was to make a point, especially since i was grounded for over a month over it

@@joehartman5543 At that point I am about 99% sure it was just articles on Lexicanum (and maybe 1D4Chan). Later on I read some PDF's of older codices that caught my interest and some of the more popular 40K novels (Ciphas Cain; the Gaunt's Ghosts omnibus The Founding, and a few of the Horus Heresy books although they are hit-or-miss for me). One of these days I'd like to try the tabletop version of Space Hulk and possibly the RPG Dark Heresy as well.

The last story, OP, should check for ley lines, to see if there's any correspondence with their home and the lines. Could also try to see if there is a vortex or something. For the most part the spirits seem cordial and respectful, maybe just passing by, but I would more into the history below the land. Maybe there's some limestone underneath, that passing spirits can more easily manifest themselves? I would love for someone like the OVERNIGHT guys to investigate.

It's odd to hear a priest claiming that a lost soul was inhabiting the house. Most of them categorically refuse attributing paranormal activity to ghosts, as they believe a human's soul automatically goes to Heaven and that any and all hauntings are of demonic nature.

You've got to talk to a real church exorcist. What you describe is church cannon. But if you talk to a church exorcist they will say that there really are lost souls the need help crossing over. Demonic activity is definitely a thing and does happen but it's not all hauntings.

@@totallyalpharius507 No, it's the same Bible as everyone else. The Bible is only part of church cannon. The true cannon, the rules and stances of the church is in the catechism. That is catholic cannon. The catechism states that souls instantly go to be judged and are then sent to wherever they will spent eternity. I suspect this is to add a level of assurance for the people. The truth however is that some souls do get "lost" and remain on earth until an exorcist sends them on.
