Hindi naman. Pwedeng may errors somehow but yung effect nila sa decision making ng user is not material. So taken as a whole, yung FS ay considered fairly presented and in accordance with applicable standards.

@@allabouttiktok8306 If ganyan pwede sya pumasok sa scope limitation. 😊 If material yung magiging effect ng lack of documents, pwedeng di makapag bigay ng opinion. So it will be a disclaimer of opinion instead. If the ommission is immaterial, example petty cash voucher worth P100 compared to millions, ignore. It's trivial na.
