1. Gheeba or Ghibah (backbiting): Saying a truth about your brothers or sisters in their absence that they do not like 2. Buhtan (slander): Saying a falsehood or fabrication 3. Namima (malicious gossip): Saying and spreading details or reports about somone without confirmation of it being true 4. Ifqh or Ifk: The closest I could think of would either be smear campaign, character assassination or defamation. This is far worse as it is with malicious and persistent intent to destroy one's reputation. You'll see this a lot in politics and media.
