So when i lost my first baby i cried i couldn't watch movies i was beat myself up and ask why and what i should have done. I promised myself that the next baby i would be in tune with my body and i also went to God and pray thy will be done cause i don't know why we lost that baby but he had a reason and i know that since he has a reason i was sure that he would leave me in that dark place. There is a time for everything. I looked forward and i know i got pregnant once it can happen again. I ate healthy and read and watch shows yo make me laugh and help me understand myself.

Give yourself time.... comtinue to eat well.... dairy is our friend girl.... i felt like my first pregnancy... try to keep from stress and listen to your body.
