Thank you, Jim, for this wonderful video. Your generosity is very touching, and I appreciate it deeply. My story is one of lifelong struggles with untreated ADD, making it difficult for me to finish anything I start. But this year, I've made a promise to myself to change, and stumbling upon your video feels like a step in the right direction. I recognize the need to learn how to read better; I often find myself losing interest in books shortly after starting them. I aspire to do more studying and finally complete my college education, even at the age of 59. It's never too late to pursue one's dreams. To achieve these goals, I'm committed to making some changes in my life. I plan to watch less TV and devote that time instead to reading and studying. Additionally, I intend to start meditating, exercising regularly, and learning to play the guitar. It's also crucial for me to quit smoking, as it's a habit that's been holding me back. With determination and effort, I believe I can make these changes and improve my life significantly.
