Fabulous options! I wear a human hair wig for my jogging but mainly run in the early morning or at night to avoid people. I have noticed that my wig slips back even with a grip and find if l wear a visor with the open top and hair in a ponytail it tends to secure it better.

Thanks Michelle for the great ideas! A couple things I’d add: pull your pony tail or bun through the hole in the back of your hat for a more natural look. I don’t know anyone who wears it below the closure. Have you tried the clip on ponytails? I’ve wondered about that. Also, GREAT idea on filling out your bun…but I’d be worried it’d fall out. My workouts are vigorous. Has that happened to you? I’ve never seen the liners, good idea as well, but I’m so hot natured I don’t think I could tolerate it. Regarding keeping the fibers and cap fresh, consider a non- alcohol baby wipe for a freshen up of the inside cap between uses. I teach massage therapy and I deal with lots of hot flashes. I almost always put my hair in a ponytail with one of those plastic spiral type bands. It really holds the hair well without damaging it. A mini Bobby pin here and there if I need it. I also use a tiny smear of Got To Be Glue at the hairline and my wig feels secure all day. There ARE times that profuse sweating loosens the gel, but my ponytail holds it in place. I’ve never had it come off…but it has on occasion shifted back slightly. Not enough that anyone noticed. I’d love to find a cheap wig just for exercise.❤️❤️❤️

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and for watching, Abby!😊 I have not tried the clip on ponytails. I thought about wearing something like that with a hat but decided that my little bun was good enough. So far so good - the bun has stayed in place, although it gets a little messy. If anything were to fall out it would just be a scrunchie... Thanks for the tips about the baby wipes and the plastic spiral hair bands - I may need to give those a try!👍 Let's keep our fingers crossed for an affordable, natural looking synthetic/HF synthetic exercise wig!🤞💖💖💖

This was very helpful! I bicycle and worry about what to do when my hair loss progresses. Love the liner recommendation.

Thanks, Michelle! I live your videos and this was so timely as I just bought Hat Magic and hadn’t quite figured out how to use it! Also now that we’re moving into warmer weather, I was curious about the advantages of including your bio hair in your ponytail. I’ve seen you do it before and wonder if it would be more comfortable, like wearing a topper, or if the bio hair helps cover the cap. Does it make the wig slide up more easily? Thank you!

You're very welcome, I'm so glad to hear that you like my videos!😊 I like to include my bio hair when I wear my wigs in ponytails because it helps the nape area look very natural. I do think that having my bio hair out makes the wig more prone to riding up in the back, that's one of the reasons why I recommend using either a wig grip or the wig clips. (As mentioned in the video, just be sure that the clips aren't pulling on your hair and only use them occasionally to avoid possible hair loss.) Hope this helps and that you love your Hat Magic!💖

Hi love your videos! What are the top 3 lowest density lace front synthetic wigs you can recommend? Thank you!
@micheleswigreviews18 күн бұрын
Hi Marie, thanks again!😊 There are so many styles to choose from. Do you like short, medium or long; wavy or straight; bangs or no bangs; traditional synthetic or heat friendly synthetic? The brands that I review are continuing to add to their collections and many of them seem to be adding lower density styles. I recommend watching reviews for the styles you are interested in and looking at the weight in the specs on the website. One brand that offers lighter density styles is Belle Tress (I believe most of the City Collection styles are lighter density). Ellen Wille has also been known for their low density styles. The Jon Renau Lite Collection is low density. Hope this helps!💖

Oh great! These brands are helpful indeed. I will research on them and choose the lowest density mid length synthetic style. Keep on doing what you do. You are so helpful and knowledgeable. You are a blessing to people who are having hair issues. Thank you Michelle! ❤

Nice video. I like the last one-Zara light. However. I have curly/wavy hair (wavier than most-but less curly than super curly) I have been putting off going back to Gym. What would you say would be comparable to the Zara light (low density) but wavy/curly? Like length perfect between 13 & 15” give or take. Not showing neck, but not “long”. 😊

Thanks so much!😊 Have you looked at Julianne Lite by Jon Renau? The back is 12" and she can be styled into a ponytail. I have a 22" head circumference and was able to create a small ponytail with Julianne Lite. Here's a link to my review for her - kzbin.info/www/bejne/m3OQXpugmbyHe5o. Hope this helps!💖

@@micheleswigreviews Funny. That is the wig I picked, in “Shaded Peach”. I ordered it, gave may credit card, got an order# & tracking # and waited. I went to check emails three days later and happened to see and email from them that said, “Sorry, Julianne is back ordered til mid May.”😧 I didn’t want them to keep the charge on my card, so I told them not to keep it on back order. I wanted to see if could find something g else, and if I did, I could not afford 2.

@@micheleswigreviews Oh, do you know why “Lite Petite” the sides & bangs are longer w/back shorter and weight .1 less?? Julianne lite Petite: Crown: 10" Side: 10.75" Nape: 6" Bang: 11.5" Weight: 3.0 oz Julianne Lite: Crown: 12" Side: 9" Nape: 6" Bang: 10" Weight: 3.1 oz Nobody talks about the difference. Matter of fact one reviewer said, “There is no difference between the Lite Petite & Lite Reg. except the size of the cap. That is the only difference.” And she said it several times 😂 What do you think?

@@michele6740 Oh, I'm sorry to hear that! If both Julianne Lite and Julianne are out of stock, then I have some additional suggestions for you. I have not tried these, but have you looked at Wren by Estetica (Crown 11"), Alexandria by Belle Tress (Overall 9-12"), Amber Rock by Belle Tress (Overall 11.5-13.5"), or Heaven by Ellen Wille - Petite/Average Cap (Crown 12")? You will want to watch reviews first - these styles might be too dense for you... Hope you find the perfect wavy/curly style!💖

@@michele6740 Hmm, I did a little research and it seems that different websites list slightly different measurements. There are also some variances from style to style even when you buy the exact same wig... unfortunately, it's not an exact science.💖
