This applies to work from home, office spaces, yes but what about places with frequent customer visits, how can they do more in less? Should they wait to do important tasks after/before customer hours, sitting late/early? Or is their a ritual for that?

This video seems to imply that everybody works in an office using a laptop...what about the vast majority of working people who have to work on their feet in factories, shops, construction sites etc? Yet another white-collar education video from the HBR.
