Every publication has a different rule. But mostly, in my guess, they would have an exclusive publishing right for 1 year or so, and even after that, you probably can't publish it online, but you can publish in a book.

No magazine will pay you for duplicate work. Better to submit one at a time, and wait. If rejected, you can submit to another magazine. Repeat the process until you make it.

Hello my name is Paul. Have written poems for a few years now. I've written a mainly for significant others that I have been with or am currently with. They are love poems that I've just wrote about feelings I've had of Endearment. Somewhere in detail about facial features such as eyes face hair which can be altered to suit anyone.
