I laughed a lot when I saw the winch attached to the sneakers. It was fun. It seems to climb rocks quite well. It's a great rock crawling rc car.😄😄😄

Thanks Logan for the information on the rear steer... I used it to set up my SCX10 ii with rear steering. I do need to get a better servo as the one I have on it, is a lil weak for keeping the rear straight when I'm not using the rear steering.. Anyways, thanks again! Please keep the videos comin!

I'm liking this 4 wheel steer setup. If you could show your 2 sided tape rear cab magets in a video would appreciate it. I got my Proline P. WAGON cab and Rock Pirates sliders today. I just need some help getting the rear of the cab secured. I appreciate your help.

I just got all my rock pirates parts. I bought everything but the bed. I want the bed but I kind of want a different body other than the power wagon.
@westdesertwheeler3 жыл бұрын
That makes sense. The bed works with any cab. Seen people use them on a creep body or the FJ body from MST

That was awesome dude, one thing I ain’t got a crawler with rear steering. My LMT grave digger got rear steer that’s monster truck going to have to build me one,It will be with power wagon body for sure

Thing is like a spider😁😅 Nice video! Thing turns on a dime! Just went out with my friends SCX10 (10 years old) and it was a great day for both trucks!👍 Love the terrain you run on. I only get to Moab once a year, but love running on that sandstone. Thanks for the video ... awesome as always👊😎🔥

HI LOGON SIR GREAT IDEA WORKED PERFECT. DEFINITELY SOME SCARY LINES BUDDY. IT LOOKS LIKE SOME TIMES YOU COULD DO WITH A SAFETY LINE LOL. GREAT VIDEO WITH AWESOME BACKDROP 🇬🇧🇺🇸♥️🕊️✌️👍

Yeah it worked pretty good! I’ve thought about some kind of leash for the edges of cliffs but don’t want the truck to pull me off balance. The truck can get destroyed, I don’t want to fall.

Crazy question. Im wanting to rear steer a new Power Wagon build and do you think a AR45 straight steering axle would work on the back?
@BangForYourBuckRc3 жыл бұрын
Who’s gonna winch you up if you get stuck😆😂? Man that is some unforgiving terrain bro! You did great using the extra steering functions! Nice rig too!💯👊🏼🤛🍻 Have a great Thanksgiving!🦃

Very cool you set up rs with a pan hard. I've not tried that but in general I love my rear steer rigs.... But I don't care for the weight of the rear servo back there. That might have been what gave you some trouble on that one section. Neat rig, I enjoy your videos.
@westdesertwheeler3 жыл бұрын
I think in most situations that amount of weight doesn’t really matter. It balances the truck out a little more. That first climb is just crazy steep and hard to climb with anything
@ryancampbell66573 жыл бұрын
@@westdesertwheeler I agree it may not matter much being that it is very close (though on the down hill side) of the fulcrum. Also probably more noticable with portals than with straight axles.
@simonkubacki98233 жыл бұрын
any thoughts on element vs axial axels? Thanks
@westdesertwheeler3 жыл бұрын
Both work well, I prefer axial. You can get sharper turning and change the caster of the axial easier. The behind the axle steering on an element starts to hit other links if you change it from stock

Are those 2.2 rims with 4.75 Flat Irons?
@westdesertwheeler3 жыл бұрын
Yes, exactly
@ridgerc59763 жыл бұрын
What pinion are you running on that Fusion? I was planning on adding the Axial JL kit to the stable but now I'm looking at the raw builders kit after watchin your videos with this rig. Definitely gonna be contacting Pirate RC. Thanks for the great videos, keep them coming.

What remote do you use for 4ws as well as what's tires/size and foams do you run?
@westdesertwheeler3 жыл бұрын
Flysky GT5 and I run 4.75” tires on dual stage foams from crawler innovations
@markus90753 жыл бұрын
Hi, how do you control the rear axle separately with the GT5? At least that's how it looks in the video. I mean the GT5 can only control the rear axle in parallel or in opposite directions to the front axle, but not separately. Or do you control the GT5 with the knobs on top?
